Our customer portal is a simple and easy to use account profile for customers to get an overview of their account, see their account status and complete any required actions.
We decided to implement a gamification element to the Customer Portal so that it didn’t look too clinical and daunting for the user. To the top of the portal we created some simple goals for the customer to follow to they can see themselves progressing through their customer journey.
In order to communicate with customers, it is imperative that their details are up to date at all times, so we encourage all users to check their details on each log in and update their information when required.
To give users an enhanced customer journey, we give them options to book a callback at a time suitable to them with a member of staff and make payments if necessary.
