Our campaign manager, Symbi, allows companies to automatically schedule & send campaigns and touchpoints through a variety of communication methods, including SMS, emails and picture messages.
Symbi’s dashboard details the success of each individual campaign, including the click-through-rates of links; these links can then be tracked to enable the viewer to see the full customer journey of an individual. The dashboard also shows the income generated from a campaign, or a standalone touchpoint.
By implementing a multi-touchpoint strategy, companies can set campaigns to run automatically, reducing the need of having to manually set up and send individual touchpoints. Symbi will automatically exclude any recipient who should no longer receive a touchpoint, for example once they have converted.
Symbi works perfectly in sync with our analytics tools, and by utilising these tools in conjunction will allow companies to have a more effective campaign. By only sending touchpoints to accounts with an expected return, as shown in our scoring model, businesses can have higher performing campaigns, whilst reducing their costs.
